Returns and Exchanges
If you received a defective product, please refer to our product warranty rules.
30-Day Return Window We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges once this 30-day window has passed.
Product Condition All items must be returned to Alljoy in their original condition. Please note that deductions may apply for normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, missing parts, and accidental damage.
Who Covers the Cost?
For Quality Issues (Defects or Faults): If you require a refund or replacement due to a product quality issue, Alljoy will fully cover all return shipping and restocking fees.
For Personal Reasons (Change of mind, wrong address, user damage, etc.): You will be responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee (calculated from the original item price).
