Most orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is processed. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Returns and Exchanges

If you received a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty.

Rules for All Other Products

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the date of purchase.

All products must be returned to Alljoy in their original condition. You may be charged for normal wear and tear or for damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, missing parts, or accidents.

If a refund or replacement is required due to product quality issues, we will cover the cost of return shipping and restocking.

If you need to return or exchange for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, accidental damage caused by user, incorrect shipping address input), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a restocking fee (15% of the original item price). Approval is subject to Alljoy’s sole discretion based on the condition of the returned product, as well as any other terms of Alljoy’s policies.
